New Customer Service Centre Is Live!

As of this morning our new customer service centre is up and running.

If you want to get to the FAQ / Knowledge-base directly then you need to go here.

If you’re prefer to discuss issues or share ideas then the new “forum” / “discussion board” is here.

As we’ve mentioned previously, you can now login with the same user details as you use for your customer control panel, or via a number of social networks.

Our customer service team still have full access to our old helpdesk system, so if you are following up on a query we still have access to all the details ..

What else can we say? It’s up, it’s running. We’re going to need some time to get adjusted to it, but so far the transition seems to have gone pretty well.
