This partnership is part of our ongoing mission to give back to the community while actively contributing to a more sustainable and environmentally responsible future as bees in Ireland is on a decline by more than 50% since 1980.

Helping Bees, Helping Our Planet

Bees are essential pollinators, playing a crucial role in maintaining biodiversity and food supply. But they need our help and that’s where the Carlow Beekeepers Association comes in. This passionate local group is doing incredible work to protect bees and promote sustainable beekeeping practices.

To support their efforts, Blacknight is proud to provide a dedicated cabin, which will serve as a base for the association’s vital work. This space will host everything from hands-on training and education to community outreach and beekeeping activities.
