The closing date for entries to the Digital Media Awards has been extended to this Friday, November 30. Blacknight has announced that it will be a sponsor for the first time.
Now in their 14th year, the Digital Media Awards recognise creativity and innovation across multiple areas of an ever-evolving sector which includes digital content creation, advertising and marketing, mobile media, social networking, app development, web design and development.
800 guests are expected to attend the gala event on Friday, 15th of February 2019, in the Clayton Hotel on Dublin’s Burlington Road.
Ireland’s leading web host and domains company Blacknight will join the Digital Media Awards for the first time as sponsor of the Best Website category.
This category recognises excellence in the development of websites and microsites. Judges will be rewarding entries based on the functionality of the site, the overall structure and navigation, the UX and UI design, use of content and the positive results directly related to the overall user experience.
Full details of the judging criteria and how to enter are provided here. And there’s a list of 24 categories in total, so that every company and agency has an opportunity to showcase their best digital work.
Ireland’s Top Agencies and digital-focused businesses will compete to take home one of the coveted awards. Categories range from Best Agency, Best Brand through to the Best use of Data Analytics and Search Marketing.
Meanwhile, the Spiders Awards takes place this week. Blacknight is also a sponsor of that event and we’re looking forward to it!
