On the 17th of March, our customer support team will be available by email and live chat from 9am to 5pm. Telephone services will be available for our customer support, accounts, and sales teams from 12pm to 4pm.
The usual on-call support will be available to colocation and dedicated server customers.
Online domain sales will be unaffected, with the exception of .IE domains, which require manual confirmation by the .IE Registry (previously called the IEDR) who will be closed on Friday.
On Saturday the 18th of March and Sunday the 19th of March, our usual weekend hours will apply.
We are open as normal once again on Monday the 20th of March.
