Got a Nice Site? Want an Award From Rick O’Shea?

web-awards-blog-2015

One of the things I love about the Internet and working in the space is the sense of “community” and “camaraderie”. The fact that Ireland is such a small country probably helps with this, but even when I look outside Ireland I see the same kind of thing again and again.

But unfortunately a lot of the “merit” that comes with having any degree of success with your online presence seems to go to the companies that are willing to pay the most to enter expensive overpriced awards. Fortunately there are a couple of awards still around that operate on a level playing field and we’re happy to be involved with them

So this year we are again sponsoring the Web Awards.

You can read the full announcement here

Short version – nominations are currently open, we’re sponsoring two categories. If you win Rick O’Shea hands you a nice trophy.
