Tomorrow, 17 March, is St Patrick’s Day and a public holiday in Ireland. The following working arrangements will be in place at Blacknight:
Support will be available by email and live chat from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesday. Telephone service will be provided for support, accounts and sales from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
The usual on-call support will be available to colocation and dedicated server customers.
Online domain sales will be unaffected, with the exception of IE domains, which require manual confirmation by the .IE Registry, who will be closed for the public holiday.
Normal office hours will resume on Thursday 18 March.
This year, our national holiday also marks an anniversary. This time last year, very few people imagined we might still be fighting Covid-19, 12 months on.
