A new service we’ve brought out this year is our Flexi (short for ‘Flexible’) Broadband. We listened to your feedback on our superfast broadband; You didn’t want to keep your broadband running while you don’t use it so you can save money. That’s why we brought out the best solution for holiday homes, student accommodation and seasonal businesses – Flexi Broadband.
After you pay the one-off installation fee and first month of broadband, your broadband will be active for 30 days. After the 30 days, you can keep your broadband running for as long or as little as you want, then just turn it off whenever you like. You have full control!
Once you reach the renewal date, you can turn the broadband back on if you need to, and the next 30-day contract will begin all over again. You can turn everything off and on from your control panel so you can do it at any time you choose. For more information, check out our other blog post.
