Halloween is just around the corner, but don’t forget that October the 25th is a Bank Holiday!
As a lot of the COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted, enjoy your long weekend but always remember to stay safe.
Want to get in touch with us during the Bank Holiday? The following working arrangements will be in place at Blacknight:
- Support will be available by email and live chat from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday. Telephone service will be provided for support, accounts, and sales from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
- The usual on-call support will be available to colocation and dedicated server customers.
- Online domain sales will be unaffected, with the exception of IE domains, which require manual confirmation by IE Domain Registry (previously known as IEDR), who will be closed on Monday.
- Normal office hours will resume on Tuesday 26th of October.
