Starting from October 1st, 2024, the familiar webmail service at webmail.blacknight.com will be retired. If you’ve been using Blacknight’s webmail, it’s time to make the switch to the new and improved email platform hosted by Titan.
Earlier this year, we migrated all our existing email customers to Titan, a move that brings a superior webmail experience. Titan’s webmail client offers a richer, more user-friendly interface, making it a natural choice as we phase out our old service.
New Webmail URL from October 1st: app.titan.email
Old Webmail URL: webmail.blacknight.com
Accessing Your Account:
You can log in to Titan’s webmail using the same email address and password you’ve been using.
Don’t Forget the Titan Mobile App!
In addition to web access, Titan offers a mobile app for iOS and Android, making it easy to manage your emails on the go. This app provides all the same great features as the web client, right from your smartphone or tablet.
Need Help with Your Contacts?
Contacts are not being migrated to the new system, so if you don’t export them before the deadline, you will lose them. If you need to retrieve a copy of your contacts from the old system, our support team is ready to assist. Simply reach out to them at help@blacknight.com.
Automatic Redirection:
To make this transition as seamless as possible, starting from October 1st, 2024, all traffic going to webmail.blacknight.com will automatically redirect to app.titan.email.
