We all look forward to a bank holiday, where we have a little extra time to relax, catch up, or just enjoy a change of pace. To make things simple, we’ve put together a quick guide showing our office hours and service availability on these days.
Think of it as your go-to reference for knowing when we’re around to help and when it’s time to take a breather yourself.
- New Year’s Day – Thursday, 1 January
- St. Brigid’s Day – Monday, 2 February
- St. Patrick’s Day – Tuesday, 17 March
- Easter Monday – Monday, 6 April
- May Day – Monday, 4 May
- June Bank Holiday – Monday, 1 June
- August Bank Holiday – Monday, 3 August
- October Bank Holiday – Monday, 26 October
On bank holidays, our services will operate differently than usual and will be as follows:
- Phone Service: Customer support, accounts, and sales teams will be available from 10am to 2pm.
- Live Chat: Accessible for customer support inquiries during the same hours (9am to 5pm).
- On-Call Support: Available to colocation and dedicated server customers.
- Online Domain Sales: Unaffected and run as usual. However, please note:
.IE Domains require manual confirmation by the .IE Domain Registry who will be open from 9am to 1pm.
Regular office hours (9am to 5.30pm) will resume on the next working day following each bank holiday.
