Tomorrow is St Patrick’s Day, which means that Monday 19 March 2018 is a public holiday in Ireland.

Support will be available by email and live chat from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday. Telephone service will be provided for support, accounts and sales from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

The usual on-call support will be available to colocation and dedicated server customers.

Online domain sales will be unaffected, with the exception of IE domains which require manual confirmation by the IE Domain Registry (IEDR), who will also be closed for the public holiday.

Normal office hours will resume on Tuesday 20 March.

Met Éireann has forecast that it will get progressively colder over the next few days, with temperatures getting as low as -4 degrees Celsius by Saturday night and showers of sleet and snow.

In Dublin, St Patrick’s Festival is under way, with Mark Hamill the guest of honour. Tomorrow’s parade starts at 12 noon. The All-Ireland Club Hurling and Football finals start at 2pm in Croke Park, and Ireland goes for the Grand Slam in the Six Nations Rugby against England in Twickenham at 2:45pm.

However you spend the national holiday, and to our friends around the world, we wish you a Happy St Patrick’s Day from Blacknight. Beannachtaí na Féile Pádraig!
