It’s almost the spookiest time of the year! Halloween is next week, but just before that we’ve got a Bank Holiday. Here’s our opening hours for Monday the 30th of October:
Our customer support team will be available by email and live chat from 9am to 5pm. Telephone services will be provided for our customer support, accounts, and sales teams from 12pm to 4pm.
The usual on-call support will be available to colocation and dedicated server customers.
Online domain sales will be unaffected, with the exception of .IE domains, which require manual confirmation by the .IE Domain Registry (previously called the IEDR). They are open from 9am to 1pm on Monday.
Our normal office hours will resume on Tuesday, the 31st of October (AKA Halloween).
