Just a quick reminder that our phone lines will be closing a little earlier than usual at 1:00pm on Friday 29 May, as the team will be attending a staff event.

We’d also like to give everyone a heads-up that Monday is the June Bank Holiday, so our opening hours and service availability will be slightly different than usual.
June Bank Holiday Opening Hours
On Monday, 1 June, our services will be available as follows:
- Phone Support – Customer support, accounts, and sales teams will be available from 10am to 2pm
- Live Chat – Available for customer support enquiries from 9am to 5pm
- On-Call Support – Available for colocation and dedicated server customers
- Online Domain Sales – Operating as normal
Please note that .IE domain registrations require manual confirmation by the .IE Domain Registry, who will be open from 9am to 1pm on the bank holiday.
Our regular office hours of 9am to 5:30pm will resume on the next working day.
