I read only good/positive twitter messages about your open communication with customers regarding this issue. So, although it was a pain in the ass, it does mean that a lot of people read good things about Blacknight at a time when other companies would have been slated. Well done!

I’d second what Paul said. Things go wrong sometimes. It’s inevitable.
It’s only when companies fob me off with bullshit and keep me in the dark that I get frustrated, and you’re definitely not one of those companies.
