We didn’t get a July Bank Holiday, so we’re well overdue one. Good news, Monday the 7th of August is Bank Holiday! Have you been counting down? Remember, our opening hours are slightly different for that day.
As per every Bank Holiday, our customer support team will be available by email and live chat from 9am to 5pm. Telephone services will be provided for our customer support, accounts, and sales teams from 12pm to 4pm.
The usual on-call support will be available to colocation and dedicated server customers.
Online domain sales will be unaffected, with the exception of .IE domains, which require manual confirmation by the .IE Domain Registry (previously called the IEDR). They are open from 9am to 1pm on Monday.
Our normal office hours will resume on Tuesday, the 8th of August.
