April Fools’ Day (the 1st of April) is a Bank Holiday this year. So, here’s our opening hours for that day:
Phone service will be provided for the customer support, accounts and sales teams from 12pm to 4pm. Live chat is also available for our customer support team.
The usual on-call support will be available to colocation and dedicated server customers.
Online domain sales will be unaffected, with the exception of .IE domains which require manual confirmation by the .IE Domain Registry (formally known as the IEDR), who will be open from 9am to 1pm on both Friday the 29th of March and the Bank Holiday.
Our normal office hours (9am to 5.30pm) will resume on Tuesday the 2nd of April.
