Back in October of last year we shared news of the upcoming launch of our new platform. We did so in good faith, as we believed at the time that the launch was imminent.
Unfortunately, as anyone involved with planning anything knows, things rarely go as planned. And when it comes to deploying complex software systems …
So what’s going on?
At the moment we are working on ironing out kinks before we can put the new system live for the public and start accepting new signups.
Once we’re happy with our internal testing we will starting taking new signups on the new platform and when everything is stable we will look at how and when we can move existing clients over.
Do we have a new “go live” date?
We are working on getting to a point where we can give a date.
But that doesn’t answer my question. When will the new system be live?
Soon.
We are working on it and want it live as soon as possible, but we can’t commit to a date right now. We did a couple of months ago and unfortunately we had to go back on that.
So how will we know when it’s live?
Oh you will know.
Believe me.
We will be shouting about it (metaphorically speaking!)
