Monday the 28th is the last Monday of October and it is a public holiday in Ireland. Blacknight will have the following working arrangements in place:
Support will be available by email and live chat from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Telephone service will be provided for support, accounts and sales from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
The usual on-call support will be available to colocation and dedicated server customers.
Online domain sales will be unaffected, with the exception of IE domains which require manual confirmation by the IE Domain Registry (IEDR), who will be closed for the public holiday.
