Got a Blog? Entries Closing Soon for Blog Awards Ireland!

Blacknight sponsors the Marketing and Communications category at Blog Awards Ireland 2018.

Blog Awards Ireland is in its 7th year and in that time has received over 2,000 nominations for both personal and corporate bloggers. This year Blacknight is on board as a sponsor of the category for blogs focussed on Marketing and Communications.

If you’ve got a blog, The Blog Awards are a great opportunity to get some recognition for your efforts! And if you make the shortlist and go to the awards ceremony in October you’ll discover that it’s also a wonderful chance to mix and mingle with the cream of digital media practitioners in Ireland. (This year the theme is Dia de los Muertos!)

These days blogging means business. It’s how we learn and communicate, market and promote, discuss and discover. Social media has boosted the power of the humble blog: now we have many media, one message.

From its earliest days, Blacknight has been a pioneer of Irish blogging and we’ve won our share of awards over the years. These days we put our expertise to work, helping small businesses get the most out of the Internet. You’ve got a business – we love that! Now protect your brand and build your audience with your own domain name. Sure, you need social media – but the winning strategy is to use both: social media plus your own website. That’s where the blog comes in.

We’ve got a great deal right now for bloggers: get your own .BLOG domain name for just €1 when you buy Web Hosting or BaseKit SiteBuilder for 12 or 36 months.

If you’ve been busy blogging, it’s time to step into the spotlight. Nominations for Blog Awards Ireland will close at midnight on Friday 17th August. We’re sponsoring the Marketing and Communications Category, but there are 30 in total! Find one that suits you and get your entry in. Good Luck!

* Price excludes VAT and applies to new .BLOG domain names. Only one free domain per hosting/BaseKit subscription. Domain names will renew at the normal price after the first year.
