We all love a good bank holiday—a chance to take a well-earned break and recharge! To help you plan around these days, we’ve put together a handy guide on how our office hours and services are affected. Whether it’s business or personal, you’ll always know what to expect.
- New Year’s Day – Monday, 1st January
- St. Brigid’s Day – Monday, 3rd February
- St. Patrick’s Day – Monday, 17th March
- Easter Monday – Monday, 21st April
- May Day – Monday, 5th May
- June Bank Holiday – Monday, 2nd June
- August Bank Holiday – Monday, 4th August
- October Bank Holiday – Monday, 27th October
On bank holidays, our services will operate diffrent as usual and be as follows:
- Phone Service: Customer support, accounts, and sales teams will be available from 10am to 2pm.
- Live Chat: Accessible for customer support inquiries during the same hours (9am to 5pm).
- On-Call Support: Available to colocation and dedicated server customers.
- Online Domain Sales: Unaffected and run as usual. However, please note:
- .IE Domains require manual confirmation by the .IE Domain Registry who will be open from 9am to 1pm.
Regular office hours (9am to 5.30pm) will resume on the next working day following each bank holiday.
