At Blacknight, we believe in the power of diversity and the strength that comes from working together as a team. This International Women’s Day, we are shining the spotlight on the incredible women who make Blacknight what it is. To celebrate their contributions, we asked some of the amazing women who work here to answer a few fun questions about their roles and experiences. - If you met your younger self today for coffee, what advice would you give her?: Marry a rich farmer.
- What advice do you have for other women entering the workforce today?: Believe in yourself.

- What advice do you have for other women entering the workforce today?: Believe in yourself.

- If you had to explain your job to a 5-year-old, how would you do that?: Customers call us to pay for things they have in their account, cancel things they don’t want, or get help.
- If your Job had a theme song, what would it be?: Manic Monday by The Bangles.
- What is the weirdest or most interesting thing on your desk right now?: Small plushy of Abu the Monkey from Aladdin that I bought in Disneyland.
- If you met your younger self today for coffee, what advice would you give her?: Social Studies will be of no benefit to your employment, but it will teach you about people and the world. You’ll work jobs that aren’t great, but they’re progressing to an amazing job. Keep the faith, it will all work out when it’s meant to.
- What advice do you have for other women entering the workforce today?: Be brave, know your worth, don’t be afraid to stand up for yourself or work hard. If you find a team that feels like family, it makes the working day so much better.

- What advice do you have for other women entering the workforce today?: Have a positive good work ethic and know your own value.

- What is the weirdest or most interesting thing on your desk right now?: A book called The Old Gunner and his medals; sent to me by a lovely elderly client. He authored it himself.

- What advice do you have for other women entering the workforce today?: Fake it ‘til you make it.

- If you met your younger self today for coffee, what advice would you give her?: Travel, see the world and live in every moment, soak up the memories and laugh everyday.
- What advice do you have for other women entering the workforce today?: Challenge yourself and don’t be scared to ask and learn. Go in to make a difference and have integrity, love yourself and believe you are worth having.
